Before you sign up.
- What counts as an email?
- One message to one recipient. Sending to three addresses in one API call counts as three.
- What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
- Sends are refused until the next monthly period. Rate limits are enforced separately, per minute and per hour, and are also set by your plan.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Every account begins on the free plan and stays there until you choose otherwise.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- Prices are listed in both US dollars and Nigerian naira. Paid checkout is not open yet — see the note below the plans.
- Can I send marketing campaigns as well as transactional email?
- Yes. The dashboard includes an audience and a campaign composer alongside the transactional API. Both draw on the same monthly volume.
- What happens to addresses that bounce?
- Hard bounces and spam complaints are added to your suppression list automatically, and later sends to those addresses are rejected before they reach the mail provider.
